Refund policy

Unless the item is damaged, we do not offer refunds due to hygiene reasons. If you do have any further questions please contact us at:

If your issue is accepted, we will send you a full refund for the product. Please note, we are not responsible for any losses caused by the delivery courier. In the case of a lost parcel, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want, is to return the item you have to us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, that shipping will be added at an extra cost.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused and in it’s original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your request on the item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
